Quick update: We just found out that the game is set to free to play and not free to own, so we've contacted Steam to help fix this. Sorry about this inconvenience as we really intended for people to own the game for free.

After contacting Steam and doing some research, it looks like Steam can't really change this game to free to own until we set a price up. So what we're planning to do is to keep this game free to play for a month, then once we set up a price, we'll do a 100% off as soon as we can so that anyone can own the game for free. A bit of an inconvenience, but it looks like that's the best way to go moving forward so far.
