Today only. July 10th.
For every 10th premium pack you open you get a Gold Rush Bonus that contains 5 loot tickets. It says each one can be exchanged for a premium pack.
So, I spent 900 diamonds to get my 10th pack. Each pack had a steam game plus the normal trash. I open the Gold Rush pack and it has 1 game and 5 tickets.
Seems the tickets are locked behind the subscription. I can't access them. I see the 5 tickets in the upper right corner but if I click them I'm only taken to a page where I need to subscribe. This was not mentioned on the description page. Had I known, I'd have waited for a different promo.
At least I got a steam code in each pack this time. I got 10 codes I can do Giveaways for, One that I've played and enjoyed, A couple others that look ok as well.
Just a note for those looking to do this. If your a subscriber then I suppose
its fine for you. 😄 but not for me. 😭

I assume you opened 10 packs. its every 10th pack. I had one from before the event so had to open 9 more to get the bonus. just checking. If so, then hopefully they get back to you and get it fixed.

If you are still curious, I received an answer from the support, it seemed that, although Gold Rush packs are available every 10 packs, no matter how/when purchased, the bonus was only available purchasing 10 packs AT ONCE. Thus my Gold Rush pack was not eligible, since I got it by cumulating with past purchases. I'm not that extremely happy of course, but I'm really glad they took the time to answer. =)

If that was the case it would have said so during the offer. Someone at support never looked into the problem at all. That is NOT what I did.
I knew I had one or two purchased a couple weeks ago but was unsure of the count. I knew I needed open 8 or 9 more. I did them one at a time and opened each one after purchase before purchasing the next. The 9th purchase of the day was my 10th open. It gave me the bonus with the tickets in it. I only purchased 9 total. All packs were purchased for 100 diamonds each. No cash involved.
Be polite but ask for clarification as your aware that this is not what others have reported how the promotion worked.
In the end its mostly likely 5 junk games from those 5 tickets to give away but it does not hurt to ask :)

Nice, I used the diamonds I had for 4 SS and got the usual stuff, plus tickets. And in the 4th SS pack using the tickets, I got my very first Steam wallet!

If you're using FireFox there's handy option for that: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/block-autoplay

I think that's what slowed down the lootboy page loading recently ,well ,my page anyway .
Firefox can stop it.
Google /Chrome on the other hand is wholly in bed with the advertisers + it's own agenda and rarely cares about the end-user.

I use Autoplay Stopper. You can whitelist sites like Youtube where autoplay might be useful. Even with Youtube whitelisted the extension blocks it from playing on Lootboy's page for me. It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
