I did the World on Fire task on Lootboy for 176 something diamonds (the upgrade your Command Center to level 10), i never got the payout for it and more than 3 days has passed. I sent a ticket to Supersonic Ads support with a screenshot proof that i did completed the task but apparently its still not good enough and they declined it, throwing me some generic bullshit support message to try and do the task according to the description (WHICH IS WHAT I FREAKIN DID TO BEGIN WITH). And yes, Im upset, because i spent quite some trying to complete this one just to end up with no payout as a result.
Any suggestions as to what i can do, since Supersonic Ads seems to be completely oblivious even when showing them hard proofs of the task being completed? Should I message Lootboy support next?
ironically enough when i sent them a ticket over a one diamond task not being paid out they accepted this one, go figure

Some people start multiple tasks for one game and only the last offer they choose will give a payout. Maybe you got a similar problem and had to do a different task?
I''ve never done the things in the app but this is what the people do wrong the most and I read about all the time.

Sorry dude but I don't think there is anything you can do. I've completed a big offer for over 1k diamonds a while back which took me over 2 weeks or so and never got my payout. I did everything right and errors due to multiple tasks or prior installation can be excluded due to it being a freshly created Google-Account, yet the support denied multiple requests with proof etc. The Lootboy support does not have any control over the diamonds being given out or what the Supersonic Support does, they will just redirect you to them.

Basically nothing you can do, it sucks. I only get paid about 1/3 of the time. Usually not worth it if it takes any time at all because I assume it'll screw me.

i exactly experienced the same thing and sent all proofs to supersonic , i was given up but after a week or two i received a mail that saying my request has been accepted, diamonds rewarded , and then i directly headed to lootboy site and 270 diamonds were there , my english is bad but all i want to say is , if you have the proofs , just keep sending them and ask about your diamonds until you receive a reply from a real person

Works in Hungary aswell, but I only got 11 diamonds (5+3+3) and 2000 coins, so the diamond amount may vary.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
