Your PC is just to weak. If it can't run game, it can't run it and there is no magic that can help you with it. Maybe updating drivers and running game in windowed mode will help a little bit but it won't help you get decent fps.

Reduce in game resolution, force full screen. It should run faster.

download speed is irrelevant

Upload and download speeds have nothing to do with how the game runs. The two main factors which determine how well you can run a game are GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) and a CPU (Central Processing Unit). As long as you have 4GB of RAM it won't make much of a difference to upgrade RAM.

did you turn off vsync? it might be automatically on and would kill your framerate a lot unless you have a recommended system for MoH.

Without wishing to make you any angrier, the key specs that will decide how well you can run the game will relate to your PC, not your broadband connection :)

Chances are your PC is a bit long in the tooth, and is struggling to play the game. If you've dropped the resolution, turned down the details, and switched off stuff like VSync, I'm not sure what else can be done.

Sounds like you've already squeezed everything you could out of your gears. Maybe you can stop non-essential programs running in background, close everything apart from the game...
On my old PC I had the same problem for a game, I created a new account for gaming only where I removed everything I could from the list of running processes, startup application, plugins, automatic updates, ... - I basically left the firewall + antivirus only - It didn't do miracles but it did help a bit.

I am able to play it on 3D using Tridef... and my GPU is a mediocre Nvidia Geforce GTX 260!

Try lowering the resolution and playing it windowed, it will surely boost the FPS rate.

I had some issues on that game as well. I can play even BF3 on high-ultra without any FPS drops, even when try Medal of Honor's MP; FPS drops to 10 something and fan spinning like hell. Weird.

try to close any process you dont need, (if you use chrome or firefox your pc uses around 200 MB of your RAM)

pfft. not playing story for putting school to higher priority. Think how the game feels? How ignorant... :(

The game is terrible, I'd recommend trying another from the origin bundle.
