Hello,
I don't know if someone here can help me, but I wanted to buy above mentioned game from Bundlestars. It includes the base game and all DLCs. I already own the base game and am afraid that I can't activate the game if it's delivered in one key.

Does anyone know if it's one key or several?
Thank you very much in advance!

You should still be able to active if it's one key. Just you'll not be getting the base game but you'll still be getting the DLCs.

Thanks a lot, I just ask because I've read some Threads about similar issues. When I buy on Steam direct, I only get the DLCS, but I'm not sure how it works on Bundlestars.

Shouldn't matter where the key comes from, if it contains content that you don't have on Steam already it will active the key and add the missing content. :)

There are occasional cases where this doesn't happen. Owning the first free episode of Life is Strange prevented activating the full season. There's been others as well which I can't specifically recall.

Ah, that's odd and annoying. Most of the times it should work though, but as all rules, there might be exceptions. :)

Yeah most times it will work. I just wanted to point it out as in this case the exceptions are rather odd as the content is noticeably different and there are plenty of other similar cases where it just works. That said if you aren't worried about losing the "extra copy" of any owned content in a single key package you can always remove the content in question.

Help > Steam Suupport > Games. Software, Etc. > "Search for title" > I want to permanently remove this game from my account

You can now do it manually and no longer need to wait upon support to do it. In fact this method is better as despite it being labelled as "permanently" you can restore the product at any time. So say you own the first episode of Life is Strange (ignoring the fact that its now free) and the game is on sale but you're unable to enter giveaways for the full season due to the way it's set up. You can now use the above method to remove the game from your account, re-sync your account here so the game doesn't register as owned and then enter giveaways for it. Then if you haven't won by the time the sale ends you can repeat the process on Steam to re-add the game to your account in case you want to go ahead and start playing the content that you do have.

Found it, thanks. But I didn't know that you can reverse the deletion of the game.

This way you can unless the product is free which should rarely be an issue. The older method of actually opening a support ticket can still be used but in that case it is permanent.
