Can't post review for the game Evoland - anybody else have a problem like this?

I've finished Evoland on 8th July, and since then, I tried to post my review every few days - but no matter how I try, when I click on the send button, the button disappears and the review is not posted. I thought this is an all-around Steam bug, but I could easily post a review about 12 Labours of H., but Evoland review still can't be posted. Any idea? Have you experienced something similar? Could it be something in the review that Steam can't handle (I think it only has characters from the english alphabet, no special characters) or it can be game-releated?
