Corsair RGB Strafe Problem

I bought the Corsair RGB Strafe keyboard around a week ago and downloaded its software.
It's a good keyboard, but the settings keeps changing to default everytime I turn my PC on, and the keyboard doesn't shoe up in the software program.

make sure you are on the latest version of the software http://www.corsair.com/en-us/downloads#download_form_1
and make sure you utilize it on usb 3.0 > usb 2.0 http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=132322
