Since they added refunds cards start dropping after 2 hours. Too many scumbags abusing it.
After those 2 hours it seems to be the normal ~20 min intervals.

You need to log 2 hours first because of the new refund policy. But yes, the drops do seem slower after that initial 2 hours now.

i had to wait like 4 hrs idling to get a card drop in 2 games.

A bunch of changes got made after the new refund policy. Because some folks were buying games then getting all the cards and then getting a refund. Card drops don't start until at least two hours now. And there are at least a few other changes that I have noticed.

Still card dropping, but in higher rate, beyond 2 hrs because Steam refunds.

After the summer seal ended, the card drops for games seem to have stopped for me no matter how many hours I log.
Anyone else having the same problem?
