For those unaware that might play the games Robot Entertainment will be closing down Orcs Must Die! Unchained, Hero Academy, and Hero Academy 2 on Monday, April 8th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (UTC-05:00). They've kept the games operating at a financial loss for many months and unfortunately it no longer sustainable to continue to do that. They are shifting their focus over to 2 new projects they are currently working on. No details about these projects has been made public yet.

Games closing can be definitely be rough, especially if you put tons of time into it and invested lots of money. It makes it even harder if you spend a lot of time getting to know the community.

Hopefully they will go back to single player OMD games. Those were great.

It would have made more since to have called it Orcs Must Die! Chained (to a server).

If the Orcs Must Die game says single player then why can't they take the game offline?
