What do you do with those trading cards which aren't even worth selling? (Like those worth 3-4 cents).

I let them stay to my inventory, slowly rotting in hell doing nothing but staying there.

I trade them to the steamcardexchange bot to get better cards.

How do you decide which cards to exchange for?

Just give them for credit, and when you see something interesting, get it, you can also add games to watchlist in bot inventory tab, but beware last card cost 1.5 price if you gonna take something, there is also a button to mark to avoid receiving the last card and paying more for it.

They got this big inventory that you can choose from. All the cards have different value, which depends on the value they have on the steam market.

I never noticed we could do that... O_o I've just used the bot and was able to craft three badges. ^^ Now I just need 8 more to hit level 40. :o/

Keep them, sometimes craft them into badges since the other cards are easy to get or like other's said trade them to the bot!
Sometimes I even trade in expensive card sets to get two cheaper sets. Maximum profit!

I offer trades to my friends whenever they invite me to a multiplayer game and I don't feel like playing, putting a single low-value card or coupon in the trade window (every once in a while I actually put a game in it, just to keep them on edge).

Sell them if the demand is high or trade them to Steam card exchange

Is the badge ugly? --> sells them, or let them rot.
Is the badge cool? --> buys the rest of the cards and crafts the badge.

Joining group raffles to win TF2 stuff or other things like games. :p Won a pyro set once.
Not all groups might accept the cheap ones though.

I always end up selling all cards on the Market. Sell enough of those crappy 0.04€ cards and you'll eventually have... like.. one €.

I'm new to this trading card system. Is it possible to get card while playing the game even it says "No card drops remaining"?

No.

Nope.

Here's a quick rundown.
Each game that has trading cards can drops an amount equal to half the cards in the set.
For example, Borderlands 2 has 6 cards in the set. So you start at "3 drops remaining".
As you play the game, you'll get drops for random cards in the set.

The time it takes to drop a card depends on the game. Some game's timers are extremely long, others are short.
Since the refund system was put into play, you need to have run the game for 2 hours before the regular card drop timing kicks in.

Most "Free to Play" games will not drop cards normally, but you will get cards as you spend money buying in-game items, etc.

I used to trade them to complete badges but now I have around 250 and I'm too lazy to go trade with a lot of different people to complete them.
