"Cultures: Northland", has a historical low of €0.44 and is currently available for €0.75 at Gamesplanet (according to itad). With both for the same price at Chrono, people would naturally pick the more expensive one. As you guessed, trading cards may also have some impact, both have cards, but for Cultures they're not shown on the Steam page.

its a pretty nice game
For playing the ancients Cultures, I found Valhalla Hills casual and quickly boring (no real campaign, but a simple sequence of random islands).It's not as bad I suggested, but for the same team who are the creators of Cultures, it looks weak.

I am also wondering why they are shifting to rebundled and once free games more and more in latest weeks. The only good game recently was Valhalla Hills. However that was also 12500 coins. Same went for Shape if World 15000 and Impulsion 15000, that was pretty recently, never bundled before.
So now that I think about it they are mostly sticking to 10000 to 15000 for all their games now.

Chrono.gg used to be a place to get new interesting unbundled indie games, or even great games like Dead Cells, but alas I discovered it too late. Whenever I saw the thread I thought it was for buying not for free after coin collecting. How I regret it so. :'(

I got Shape of World other than that a few months ago. Also a nice indie game. Just a bit more to save up, hopefully Impulsion is still here in 2 weeks or a bit more, only arround 80% claimed.

Yes, sadly thanks to multi accounts (at least I assume that's the biggest reason?) the coins are worth way way less now and so prices go up, I mean sure we also have many people that hoarded many coins but that's also because they don't add many interesting games, most games were either given for free before or bundled multiple times so not THAT interesting for people and so they save their coins for next time.

It's 1 click a day for free games, unless you are so busy that 1 simple click (2 of you count opening the website first) is to much, I would say totally worth it, worst case you waste 1 (or 2) clicks a day, best case you get nice free games! ^^

if we do some math, to have track it takes about 5 months without missing a day, for me it is not profitable for a game that has been bundled several times.
it must be a waste of time of about 1 hour over the duration, which is not insignificant either. if you work two hour you can buy the game full price so.. it's not bad but it's not worth it ;)

Not sure if you also count the chests now, or just the daily coins, but yes it can take some time, I am easy, it's free and it takes 2 clicks max so I don't see a reason why not to do it BUT I can understand people not being happy, I mean people expect something and if it's meh or worse every time it doesn't motivate to keep trying, but I did get a few nice game out of it, either for myself or for someone else so am not complaining ^^

But like you said, they want the shop to be a bit filled, if they add good games for little, they just sell out right away and that looks bad, so they went for the doable games for a higher price, understandable but meh...
