HumbleBundle Help

Hello Everyone..

I just got a gift URL by doing a trade with someone. The keys worked and the games got added to my account. The page where you get the keys from does say that it is redeemed by me. But still I am not able to see the page on my Library.

Does anyone know what is the problem?

How can I get the Library to show the Hothead Bundle?

On Humble site, just click "My Library" then the "+" at "Claim Past Purchases" and see if it's over there.
If it's not just mail them and ask them to add it in your library.

If they don't show up in your Steam library, just restart Steam.

I have the same problem, with a second bundle i added to my libary... but maybe its a temporal failure, cause i do have at least 2 other bundles listed there that are double.

Edit: Well the bundle i bought the second time yesterday is now in my list...so maybe it takes some time....just wait! :)

The games are showing in the steam library. The Bundle itself is not showing in the Humble Account Library. Will contact HumbleBundle people tomorrow if nothing happens till than.

It sometimes gets messed up, click Lost Key at the bottom of the page, it will send you all the bundle page links you own. If it's there then it'll probably be fixed later.

That seems to be very common these days. I've read of this issue before, more than one time... :(

Contact the Humble Bundle support, they will fix it for you. If you can, add an screenshot as a proof in the e-mail.
