Games with a moving story?

So, I recently finished Mass Effect 3. No spoilers here, but it was awesome. Afterwards I felt kinda empty, like you do when you finish a really good book series.

Did any of you play any games that made you feel like that? Can be like the ME series, To the Moon, any story that touched you. (Not inappropriately, I hope :D)
