Seems like there's a different switch under the "c" key. Just change it.

Keycaps ought to be removable on any good keyboard, just pull it off, clean it out, and test the activation. Something might be blocking it, also make sure the keycap is seated properly.

I'm using a Blackwidow mechanical keyboard, and my c key seems like something is jamming it every now and then.
The c key makes a different noise to the other keys.
If I were to take the c key off, and have a look, is it easy to put back on?
Unlike those other ones, where they had that metal part in them.
