I'm not sure, but it seems to me that this whole topic is a violation of this rule.
(I think there was nothing wrong if you indicated your group and curator in the comment on the giveaway, but the way you wrote it does not look right)

Yes, for joining Steam group. I dont know the rules in this, but Group Recruitment is legal here, but this is forbidden to write that when we will have 100 members I do giveaway for this group?

You can advertise your group here only if:

You do not advertise any social media (steam curator, twitter, facebook, etc.)
You are making recruitment for a "gamers group" or "giveaways group"

Yes, it is giveaway group. When we will have 100 members I do geveaway for this group and so. Should I write that else in description?
