Yep, this is basic stuff that every game should have for free, yet developers justify is special enough to spend money for, like who's interested in reading or putting these posters up on their wall?

Agreed. I usually don't complain for something we get for free, but considering CDPR is also th company behind GOG... back in the good old days these promotional packs were always available, since they help to promote the game, essentially free advertising for the product.
