Winner registered humble link but didn't mark received ?

What can i do when i have a winner who registers a humble link, but doesn't register the game on his account, and doesn't mark received ?

Can i make it mark as received by the support ?

... Omg i am forced to wait one week before be able to open a ticket for this.
