don't have any of the games... so don't have any of the aciv. but how can you check if someone hasn't cheated? you can edit the aciv without a problem. look, i have an aciv for "to the moon"' and i don't own the game. and this i got legit (family sharing game)

You can't tell if the person used SAM or not, though OP's conditions mean that if you want to cheat now, it won't help.
It also helps that OP asks for specific achievements with which I think majority of SAM cheaters wouldn't bother; a lot unlock all 100% at once, which is easy to spot.

Family sharing is ok, you played the game and you unlocked it :) even I have some games I played via family sharing, it's totally legit :)

close to 4k achievement and 78 perfect game, (currently 77 because The Detail got new achis today) and i dont have any o f these:D do someone need to have all these? because i dont think you will find many player as there are like 100k? or more achis on steam and pretty unlikely that if you choise 5 from 5 different games then someone will have those, especially if not the most easy to obtain achis are those. but i like this idea, GL to find someone:-)
EDIT: nvm, i see now need only have one of the achis, thats possible, first i thought you want to find someone who have all of those 5:-)

I know, I tend to try always new games, putting old ones away. that's why I don't have many "true-rare" achievements.

Static achievements (these are fixed)
These above are my rarest achievement obtained, so I can understand it could be hard for many of you to have them. Here's why I'm adding a bonus set of less-hard-to-obtain-achievements ;)
The tricky part is: I'll change this set from time to time, and you can claim only those in the active set (time window for a certain set start when I put it as a comment and ends when I comment with the next one. This way, my comments will be the "delimiters")
