Not only that game.. most of them.
There's a possibility that he usually plays offline and then log in into Steam and unlocks all of them together, but I find it hard to believe.
Also, I think I found achievements he has but he should not because he's missing the DLCs, but I'm not 100% sure.

Im playing offline lot of single games+SAM only glitchy games+abandoned multiplayer games+games that i got played on other console(i mean-if i play X game and unlock Y achievements on it on my console,i SAM the Y achievements on PC)

Requirements
To gain access, you have to have unlocked the followings achievement before today (so, max date allowed is 21st of May, 2015) to prevent cheaters that use SAM. Just one of the achievements is needed.
Static achievements (these are fixed)
These above are my rarest achievement obtained, so I can understand it could be hard for many of you to have them. Here's why I'm adding a bonus set of less-hard-to-obtain-achievements ;)
The tricky part is: I'll change this set from time to time, and you can claim only those in the active set (time window for a certain set start when I put it as a comment and ends when I comment with the next one. This way, my comments will be the "delimiters")
