No, you probably activated a key that was posted publicly and some other user that found the same key is messing with you. They can't even see which email receives that message you've posted.

You probably ninjaed a key, and some dumb people instead of accepting that you were faster, trying to I guess deactivate the key. But since it's not possible, you got an e-mail like this. With it, if you have a CD key, you can find out the account it has been activated on.
