Is the game still not up yet? I got the game as a gift card from a friend by asking him to buy it for me during the pre-purchase period as somehow this game is region locked for me, (I'm from Singapore) , and although I've checked that it is already 27th August (27th August is the release date) in pacific usa time, I'm still not able to download and install it. It still states that the game is still coming soon for me in my game library. Is it because the game is region-locked for me or is it because the game is still not up yet? Can anyone confirm this with me? Thanks!

Well I'm in the UK and it only downloaded a 98MB update when I clicked install :S It says "missing executable" when I try to start it up. What's most annoying is that I can't access the community hub to see if other people are having similar issues.

Says here that it's available for purchase, so it must be out somewhere.

The Community Hub doesn't work, however.
