Does this also mean the Pal Version?

I saw this in the list and was wondering does this also apply for Pal Version

I have bought the Pal Version on xbox store

Edit - I have found out that the pal version has no errors or anything wrong except 4:3 but every time i go to play halo 1 i make my screen wide zoom so its 16:9 then switch back after i have done playing. I guess only the korean version has those problems

I've played halo ce on my 360 using a game disk and I didn't have any problems, so I don't know (pal version)

If it lists those only those for NTSC, it is valid only for NTSC. Also, did you get it for 2nd or 3rd gen Xbox? Because there the difference between the two formats vanished and doesn't matter.
