someone on reddit said changing the language to US-eng & location to US in control panel will resolve the issue but I haven't tested it yet neither am I impatient enough to go by this method..

Worked for me, although I had a problem with Nvidia drivers but that seems unrelated to the Media Creation Tool and more an issue with Win 10. Had to stop all Nvidia stuff in the task manager so that I could uninstall the drivers and install them back from 0. But seems to be working fine now.

I used the media tool and i had to change my locale to US since im in Australia and it worked :0
