How long you're already waiting for your key?
If it's already a long time or you don't like waiting anymore you can ask for a refund.
Contacting Humble support is pretty painless and they are fast out of my own experiences.

I only tried getting the key recently, but considering it was removed 3 months ago, I'm not sure if they will be able to get more keys anyways. It's just that i don't want to let it go too long, otherwise they may not refund simply because too much time has passed.
