That's a lot of crabs but it's a nice thing to eat when it's properly prepared and done.

Day 2
Our airbnb had a bunch of chicks living in the back. I wonder what they do with all of them.
4 hour drive to OBX. First off for breakfast, chicken biscuit from Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen. Mmm so buttery, so soft. I love my Sunrise.
The drive was pretty uneventful. As we got closer to the coast, I thought it was pretty interesting that it seemed like the ground for the road was raised on purpose, considering the ditches filled with water on both sides. The drive over the bridges to and from Roanoke Island are quite scenic as well.
We ended up just going over to Jockey's Ridge. Super windy and 40 degree F weather. Not the best decision especially with all the sand blowing into our eyes. It was so windy some of the folded up hang gliders fell over.
Dinner at I Got Your Crabs. I got the crab bisque and soft shell blue crab sandwich. This was the first time I had soft shell crab. I can't say that I'm a big fan of it :P
