Do I need to be logged in? Because I tried w/o being logged in and it says "code is invalid." I'm waiting for new HB monthly on Friday and tomorrow 2 weekly sale update so I'm not buying anything for now.

VAT is more like 20% or so and is for Europe but their Steam profile says Chile though. Probably they either converted to USD on their own or GamersGate did it on their end for South America??

Yeah, I'm from Chile. It looks like GamersGate is setting their base prices depending on the region or country from where the site is visited. Doom is also more expensive for Chile on the Steam Store, so maybe they're using that as reference (or it's just Bethesda being greedy as usual... :P).

I'm in Malaysia, just bought the Darksiders collection to test and gave them away in chat earlier but I was charged with VAT as well which is weird. And the "VAT" they charged me was 6% in my order page, didn't really bothered me that much due to the discount though.
