The search function only searches titles, and treats several words as one concatenated string, so you might've given it too strict an input.
Can you maybe give an example of which search in particular fails at locating which thread?

I would say it searches in want / have parts of trade, not in description, where you have it written in your trade post.

I'm not so sure about that. Kinda doubt it if I'm really being honest with you.
