This topic is on "User project" category; no one is obliged to follow somebody twitch, it's a favor. I already made this and helped me a lot! A few people followed me (16), too many not (60).
Some people thank a giveaway following and supporting a project, others just bump (and helps a lot anyway).

Okay scratch the obliged or not follow part, it's still advertising, and you could do that in public giveaways, not?
Because if everyone advertised here, it would become a mess, and thus it's rule.

But dude, isn't illegal content or paid/sponsered thing. It's a project, a starter project.

He just asked for a "follow" to start his journey on Twitch, there are no money involved or associated product/service who will bring money to him. I'm on steamgifts for 5 years and I always saw posts like that, everyone helping everyone with no money involved or illegal content involved.
