Won a giveaway but...

EDIT: yeah i will wait, i just wanted to hear your opinions! i actually didn't expect to win a fake giveaway haha!

i won cave story + in a giveaway so i went to look for the profile of the guy that was going to send it to me and i found his profile..

he was last online om steamgifts over a week ago and he has only entered 1 giveaway in an entire month of being a member.. i sense troll?

do you think i will get my gift? i also tried adding him on steam, he's online but he doesn't accept it (i sent it like 12 hours ago).

i know i'm supposed to wait a couple of days but this seems very strange..

what do u guys think? will he show up and make me look like a fool for creating this post or will he never be seen again?

if you think it was fake,

what you got to lose other than points?

just report if he/she doesn't give the game and mark it not received.(after the 7 day grace period.)

and just enter more giveaways.

Umm.. Yes it is. The OP was complaining about not receiving a win he rightfully won (albeit far too soon; before the 7-day window had passed), and asking if people thought he would receive it, or not. He wasn't complaining he hadn't won any one game (or many games) at all, as your post insinuates.

While I agree that OP was not complaining about not having won a game, it still belongs in the same category of spam threads that are either "where is my game I am god gimmeh" or "why is my cv low, i am god".

I don't understand why spamming the forums will help anyone

i don't understand why u see this as spam, i was only trying to start a conversation and ask people about their opinions on this thing. i wasn't complaining about not winning the giveaway, i wanted to know how people thought about it. also, this is my first ever thread on this forum so yeah it's pretty close to the number 141241252 you used as an example. my number has a 1 in it too you know :D

anyway, if you're done complaining about my spam (even though you're the one that has been seen the most in this thread) i wish you a nice day.

Threads like these are pointless in my opinion. They don't serve any purpose.

This is one of the less stupid threads of this type that I have seen, I give you that, BUT in my opinion it is pointless nevertheless
