He may be scammed by a an impersonator, so if he gives negative rep, he can wrongly do it to the incorrect user.

  1. It might have been a fake account, since there are two of them with the same pic. The fake one only has one rep comment and around 30 friends, while the real one has 15 pages of rep, with over 200 friends. Make sure you check the community before any trades to make sure they are not an impersonator. If you find an impersonator, report them and move on.
  2. Calling out can will you suspended/banned, so I recommend closing this thread.
