Make sure you have voted for all categories. Then ask for the link again, use the link,ect. Should get it shortly after. For me when it finally realized I already voted and the link went through. Got my key immediately.
Though, they might be bogged down a bit due to a lot of people are probably trying to get their copies. ( and then some probably >< ) So I would suggest to make a support ticket after trying the whole thing again, and hope for the best..

Yea I had that issue too. I made a support ticket, but the next day I tried to go through the full thing again and it finally noticed I voted and got my key right after that.
