Bahrain Grand Prix

Also running: Paris-Roubaix 2018

How it works

Predicting the winner would be much too easy in a field of twenty where only six drivers (if that) will likely contest most wins. To make things more interesting you will have to predict the top three finishers in the correct order and do so before the start of the qualifying session on Saturday.

Race Preview

The first night race of the season and the first doubler; next week is the Chinese Grand Prix.

What has the Australian Grand Prix revealed? That Mercedes still has the best car but that they can fuck up their strategy when a safety car comes in?

stopped watch formula-1 around 2005-2008. Its not a race, its not unpredictable and it became boring. In my last years when i watched it helped me to asleep after sunday lunch for a hour.

The only time i still watch it sometimes is when its raining there, guess that wont happen in Bahrain:-)

Yeah, once pilots got into their positions unless some accidents happen the race rarely changes. I used to prefer the FIA GT until it got shut down, then i started following the GT4, but here it's not broadcasted on TV (Italians watch only Formula 1 and, rarely, the CIR) so i'm having quite a hard time to keep up.

With Kimi having been the faster driver almost all weekend in Australia, I wanna believe!
Great opportunity for other drivers to capitalise now that Hamilton has been dealt a blow with his gearbox.

Predictions Closed

I didn't watch the qualifying but from what I just read it was quite something.

Max gaining a 150 horsepower when he didn't expect it and the Ferraris beating Mercedes, darn...
