This is so incredibly cool!! The illustrated book looks stunning...particularly appreciate when they include behind-the-scenes details about what went into the artwork. $56 is a bit steep for me rn but I'll definitely have to splurge on the virtual tour! It's also really rad of them to have it available worldwide to those who can't travel. Thanks a bunch for sharing this! :)

It's good that they've included their estimates for their funds.
But they seem to be overexaggerating a lot of their prices.
Catering = 4,500€
"Navigation Systems" = 2,000€
"Safety measures" and "Security staff" are separate with 6,700€ & 3,200€ respectively
Light and sound = 37,100€
There are some others. I know those will be costs, but I've never heard of an event spend so much on things like that. I've been involved in the creation of a couple of smaller events and this hasn't been as crazy as this before. I don't have enough experience to be definitive though. But for example a marathon that lasted 3 days had around 50 employees and 150 volunteers with around 3.25€ per person with them getting one meal per day. They're an artshow, after all, meaning that it's not spread out throughout the city. I'm just confused about some of this.
Anyways, hopefully they reach their goal. Artists deserve compensation.

My evening was ok, I already anticipated the loss against France in the Nation's League. Now I'm off to bed... alarm goes off a little before 05:00.

Are you a fan of the art of Game of Thrones?
If so, you might be interested in the UNSEEN WESTEROS - EXHIBITION planed for late January 2019 in Berlin (Germany). There also are an accompanying Artbook, prints and more for backers to choose from.
I'm not sure I'll be able to attend, but I'm absolutely interested in the artbook and prints. I think the paintings look really good.
