Unclaimed Gifts?

A couple of giveaways of mine ended a week ago and the gifts are still sitting in my inventory yet marked as received. Just wondering why and if I should I ask for a re-roll or not?

ok just a thought, but have you tried adding the winners on steam?

if you have and they wont accept your friend request, just request a reroll.

I sent them via e-mail through Steam, which, if I'm not mistaken, adds the person to your friends list.

only if they see the email and accept the gift... if they havent seen the email, that could be why they haven't clicked to receive the gift. just add them and inform them you sent the gift.

Well, maybe he wanted to trade the game and he thought that the gift is not in your inventory anymore (since he got the email), that's why he marked it as recieved. - just my 2 cents
