They are supermarket carts that require a small amount of money to take them, but you can get your money back if you return them from where you took them.It's just so they don't have to go all over the parking lot to take them.

placing money will unchain it from the cart in front and then use the chain from your cart to insert in the socket where the chain from the front cart was, and you get your money back
