Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 Gift (RU+CIS) - No steam family sharing problem

So, I own this ROW copy and apparently, there is no Steam Family sharing for it. Any one else has the same problem? Because on Steamdb.info, it says that it isn't restricted. Also have the same problem with Inversion.

Can't help you there but I know the Inversion I got myself was NSA so North and South America only.

Couldn't tell.. never tried and don't intend to. And if games don't work over borders it's one less reason to use family sharing.

PurchaseRestrictedCountries prevents Family Sharing outside those countries. (But doesn't prevent gifting or playing OWN copy).
