However, I have some rather silly doubts:
If in one of my draws I see that the winner is no longer part of the group or has more than seven awards, I must request a new winner. Does this imply that Steamgifts supports particular rules for different groups? I'm practically new here and I do not want to make any mistakes ...

If you have to request a new winner (re-roll), you will have to provide proof to Steamgifts' support that the user was not in the group anymore at the time your giveaway ended. Usually this is done by providing a screenshot that shows the time an user left/was kicked. Sadly only group admins can access the group history on Steam, so you would have to ask me, Tzell or one of the others. You can request a new winner on the grounds that he/she is no longer in the group for all groups.
Assume that you have a winner that won more than 7 giveaways already and has not left the gorup, you can ask them to agree to a re-roll. If they don't agree, you will have to send the game. We check group members and their wins semi-automatically but every now and then someone slips through and farm a couple more giveaways.
You will have to decide if you want to give games only for the unlucky (7 or fewer wins) in the gorup or for everyone (unluckies + gifters).
Three month inactivity will only lead to a kick, if a gorup admin finds the time to check. The group admin who has done it in the past is no longer in the gorup.

Like I said it was at the very beginning of the group, back in 2016 I think, and there was like a "purge" where you kicked out everyone who hasn't gifted anything :)

Congratulations! You're okay to stay in at 7 wins, but that's the limit ("Once you've won 8 gifts or more you need to leave the group..." - just before the section on how to stay on as a gifter).
