Ah that clears it up: the package was not indexed on SteamDB when I investigated the region locks (it's a newly created sub) and the only package I was able to find matching the region locks listed by Humble Bundle was the one containing everything but the DLC.
I assume that this is what you have now: sub/508286/

I think according to past practice, I'm supposed to rant about how IGN is killing Humble, and this is the worst bundle in the history of the world. But I'd rather go play a game. :)

Ah sorry, I haven't created a gift link for it yet, because of the dangers of being flagged as a trader by HB. I thought the region lock only applied once I generated a key for myself and not a gift link for someone else.
I'm confused though, because in the Steamdb page doesn't show Mexico being locked even though it's in LATAM: https://steamdb.info/sub/337566/
I guess I'll have to try creating a GL and looking at it myself.

True, I just assumed Mexico was in the LATAM list like usual. I think it would be RoW then.
There's no difference between generating gift links and keys besides safer retrading before the bans started rolling (it's decided at the time of purchase afaik), so can't hurt generating a key and giving it to your friend.
Also after you click in the gift link button it will ask whether you want to create a gift link or send by email, the region locks will appear before that if applicable so there's no risk in checking it there.

You should start on Y0, they are not necessarily a sequel per se but you lose a lot of background and references if you start playing Kiwami first

That's an insta-buy for me. I've been waiting for Yakuza Kiwami 2 to show up in a monthly bundle and I've had my eye on Smile for Me ans TSIQUE for a while. The rest of the bundle looks like a very nice mix to me as well. I'm very satisfied this month.
