At one point (I think before 2018), Amazon had New World up as a free preorder. People could claim it for free, and it was promised soon-ish. Flash forward and it became a Paid to play MMO. Amazon promised that those who claimed it when it was free would get the Deluxe edition. Now some ppl have received it. The email would look like this: https://snipboard.io/dtRh9u.jpg .
