Just wondering...Steam Gifts support?

Dear SteamGifts,

I am just wondering if you all still answer or fix negative rep left by banned scammers on steamtrades because I made a support ticket since a month ago and have bumped it once a week every week since then and have had no reply by anyone.

Any help or a look into it would be great!

Slowly but surely. Only 2 mods can handle those, and there are a lot of them.
