I was guided towards you by TheoPAZAZEoDragon.
Had only one question when reading the rules and it is about region restriction. On many websites that sell game keys region restriction is not mentioned at the time of purchase. Anyhow I had a situation when winner couldn't activate the key due to the region restriction. Therefore information provided on the website was not correct. How is that handled in this group if situation like that happens? Also is it possible to post games with region restriction (Indie Gala has a standard list of countries which are restricted and I have quiet some keys purchased from them).

That is an excellent question.
In our monthly giveaways, which are 1 mandatory giveaway per month each member is supposed to create, we do not allow region-locked giveaways.
The reason for this is:
As others are creating giveaways you can enter for a chance to win, so should your giveaways be open for other members to enter. This is only fair.
We don't allow level limitation for monthly giveaways for the same reason.
However, if a game is not available in a specific country (or a couple of countries) we do not consider it region locked.
This does not apply to any additional (non-monthly) giveaways you create in the group. Those can be region-locked, or level restricted.

Regarding the first part of your question: What happens if you give away a game and the winner cannot activate it because it's region-restricted:
- You can put a warning in the giveaway description.
- You can ask the winner to agree that you delete the giveaway (he needs to add a comment to the giveaway confirming this).
Theoretically, the winner can refuse - but that never happens, because we're a group of nice people (it's even in our rules), so not-so-nice people don't stay in our group for long.

It's not important how many entries it got maximum, or on average.
It's only important how many entries it got last time it was given away, because this (probably even less) is the amount of entries it will get if you give it away.
So you need to find a game that will get you 12 entries - as required.

1: You mean "QGG monthly"-quality giveaways.
And it's not subjective at all.
There are clear rules that define minimal requirements for a monthly giveaway in the QGG group:
• Monthly giveaway must have at least 10P value, and one of the following:
100+ reviews on Steam and 90%+ Steam rating
1,000+ reviews on Steam and 80%+ Steam rating
10,000+ reviews on Steam and 70%+ Steam rating
Full group rules can be found in our group rules page.
2: It's true that both Disney Infinity and Disney Universe were never given away in the group, however looking at the group wishlist, I see that Disney Universe is only wishlisted by 1 group member, and Disney Infinity 3.0 by 5 group members, so both may not be able to reach the required 12 entries minimum.
That doesn't mean you can't try with either of these games.
But you need to be aware that if you do, and you don't reach enough entries - you would need to find a different game for your "new member first giveaway", and your period of not entering group giveaways will be prolonged accordingly.

I got banned for phone sharing. It was my old phone number that i didn't use anymore but i haven't updated my new number to Steam yet. The next day i was banned. I asked Steam Support but no respond. Well a few things.
1: I create a lot of group and whitelist GA's every month, i can ofc create a Ga or two every month dedicated to this grp alone, but rest of them will be to the number of closed groups im in. not sure if this is an issue.
2: i never enter GA's, i have not entered a single GA in over 4 years. again not sure if this is an issue.
3: level and ratio requirement is obviously not an issue.
so yeah a little more info around that can be nice.

I will try to answer your questions to your full satisfaction.
1: Every active member in the QGG group is required to make 1 mandatory giveaway per month, according to the "monthly giveaway rules". Beyong that, members are free to make (or not make) as many giveaways as they like, either shared or group exclusive (with some minor exceptions mentioned in full group rules).
Monthly giveaway rules = Rules somewhat similar to the "new member giveaway" rules. See more info in the full group rules.
2: This is not an issue.
Every member is considered active if he entered at least 1 giveaway any given month. If a member has not been active (i.e. has not entered any giveaways) he is not required to make the mandatory monthly giveaway.
To summarize:
If you're an "active QGG member", you enter group giveaways - you're required to a 1 mandatory monthly giveaway.
If you're not an "active QGG member", you don't enter any group giveaways - you're not required to create any giveaways in the group.
However, if you're not active at all (don't create any giveaways in the group) for over 6 months, you will be removed from the group for inactivity.
So theoretically, if you don't enter any group giveaways, you can create a single shared giveaway once in 6 months, and continue being a group member indefinitely.
But where's the fun in that??? ;)

As you might have noticed, our group has a very strict set of rules, and we follow our rules to the t. We have to, in a group this size.
I suggest you start creating giveaways on SteamGifts.
You will reach level 3 in no time (even with bundled giveaways only. Just make sure at least some of them are of QGG-monthly quality...)
You're a veteran SteamGifts member, and you didn't win any giveaways until now (you barely entered any), so you should have no problem with any of our other requirements.

I'm not sure which requirements you're not supposed to meet... From what I can see, you already meet all our group requirements :)
Regarding "Gothic Universe": This game hasn't been given away in our group since 2018, so it's unclear how many entries it will get when given away.
You should be aware that if it doesn't reach the required 12 entries, you will need to create another giveaway (that fits the "new member first giveaway" requirement), and wait additional time (until it ends) before you'll be able to become a full member and join group giveaways.

It looks like i have all the requirements, if you want to search the good games among the ones i have sent here, there is Darksiders 1 and 2, Override, AER, Realpolitiks, Dead in Vinland, and i have a few that meet your ratings requirements in my trading list.
The rule of 12 entries for a less than 100 people group is hard, but i think i managed to find one that should do the job : Party Hard 2 : mostly more than 12 entries last month, and wanted by 17 people in the group. After that there is no obligation of a number of entries (but still more than 1 obviously) ?

That is exactly right.
Regarding the game Party Hard 2, from what I see it got 15+ entries when it was given away as a shared giveaway, but only 10 entires when given away in a QGG-exclusive giveaway.
That doesn't mean you can't try with this game.

• New members need to create a giveaway in 48h upon receiving an invite to the group

• New members first giveaway must last at least 7 days
• New members CANNOT enter any group giveaways until their first giveaway is finished. (Finished = marked as received by the winner)
• New members first giveaway must have at least 12 entries when it's finished. To check how many entries individual games received in QGG giveaways - see insturctions at the bottom.
• New members first giveaway counts as the monthly giveaway of the month he joined
• New members first giveaway cannot be region locked
• New members first giveaway must have at least 10P value, and one of the following:
(I recommend using the tool provided below, to checking how many entries it got last time this game was given away in the group, to prevent the situation where your first giveaway doesn't get enough entries, and you're forced to create a new one to replace it and wait another week)

How to check how many entries a game received when it was given away in QGG:
A word of advice: This is not one of those groups where nobody really checks what you do, so you can do whatever and nobody will care. This group is more similar to "Actually Playing Games" or "Playing Appreciated" where there are strict rules, and everyone needs to follow them to the T. If you're more a free spirit, who just wants to give some games and win some games, and not to think about it too much - this is not the group for you!
A word of advice #2: If you're thinking of joining the group, and entering as many giveaways as possible until you're kicked from the group - please don't!
Many have tried. All have failed. Our group management tool allows me to see exactly which GAs each member joins, and as soon as I detect new members trying this, this person is kicked from the group and blacklisted by all members.
Management of this group is done using the SGMT tool. All checks and verifications (new user, monthly, GA quality, etc.) are fully automatic.
