You can upgrade, by subscribing to another annual. You'll get 12 more credits to use to spend on the future humble monthlies. Plus the bonus. Thats what the humble lady told me.

That is not true. I had an annual plan ending next month, I bought* another annual plan and 12 months got added to my plan + $20 credited to my wallet. It should work the same if you have any other plan, or no plan at all. The keywords are upgrading and new customers, so basically anyone who buys an annual plan, regardless of what plan they currently have.

Yeah that's what I understand, but i'm subscriber and i think they will take the money for the next month before i'm able to subscribe for annual..I dont want to pay for the next month separately i want to include it inside the anual..but they will bill me on 24 for the next month.

you can pause your subscription so they won't auto charge you. click on cancel my plan and it will give you option to pause instead.

I'd guess that you can pause it after you purchase the annual, but you can always ask HB directly.

I jumped on this promotion.. a week or two back.
I was a monthly subber, month by month and decided to go annual.
The dumped $20 in my HB wallet as soon as I paid.
Easy peasy... :)
Now get some friends to do the same and get referral credit of $8 each.

I'd gues you would get the promotional.
However, if you feel uncertain, write them an email and ask.
If time is an issue, buy the annual... if they dont' give you the $20, write a ticket and ask for it... 10 to 1 they will give it to you.
I've always had excellent results/feedback when I've emailed them.

If you are on monthly right now then simply cancel your plan to make sure HB doesn't auto-charge you for december's. Then you can purchase the annual when the promotion goes on. It doesn't matter as long as you pay the monthly before the timer ends for December's monthly.

If you're currently a month-to-month subscriber and you want to get the annual subscription and have it include the upcoming December bundle, then:
- CANCEL your subscription now, as in right now, then wait until the promotion activates and re-subscribe at the annual rate.
or
- PAUSE your subscription now, as in right now, then when the promotion activates, wait until the 25th, then unpause and upgrade to the annual rate.
The key is that you don't want to be auto-charged while you're still on the month-to-month plan, which will happen if you don't do anything by the 24th. So CANCEL or PAUSE right now.

Even strangest thing is that my link changes into one with referrer code on the end. It is really strange. I had some time ago similar doubts, maybe something (some extension or something on my pc change links). Strange. And each times it is different referral code fe:

when it loads it adds some refc=something but its from their site i think, or from steamgifts..dont really know but you can check the link with inspect web dev tool and see there is no ref in my link..

If you've ever clicked on a referrer link, that gets kept as a cookie. When you finally do go to purchase, they then get credit. If you're not sure what is going on, then clear out the Humble cookies and login again.

The main humble page seems very dark now. And i don't mean as the color of the overall frontpage as beeing dark, but as a "ads" seller type of website. It doesn't feel very appealing, atractive, or in my opinion user friendly, for a new user. And i was still left with asking myself, what was this website all about? At times i feel like the huge squares on the main page are more like one of those clickbait ads. And not very good at clickbaits either.
I'd rather click one concerning slavic women in my country at this point xdddd

I sent in a support ticket to either have the credit applied to my wallet or to cancel my sub. The text on the offer stated

I never did a yearly before so I'm eligible for it, i checked all the conditions.
I had that icon saying upgrade for $20.

You don't get 20$ wallet credit for being an annual subscriber. You only get 20$ for upgrading in the given timeframe. If they don't say that clearly enough then that's misleading. The 20$ you got is all you get.
(I upgraded to yearly at the beginning of October and certainly only got the 10$ they offered for upgrading in the timeframe then.)
