CoD Ghosts RU version

So Im currently in Russia where the games are cheap as hell.Im on a business trip and will move back to eu in few weeks.
If I buy the Russian version which is about 60% cheaper will it normally work in EU?
On their page it is nothing said about any region locks whatsoever,it only is said that the RU version does NOT include Russian language.
Lets say for an example on Black Ops 2 it is clearly said that the games will be playable in specific countries.

I hope I will get some reasonable answer

Thanks,but can You tell me what does that excactly mean?
You will be only able to turn on the game while You are in Russia or some of these countryes?
Is it usual for publisher to change these things prior to release?

It means it only runs in those countries. No playing at all outside them.
