Give him a treat? Rub his belly and scratch his ears?
Is there a yard at the house you're at? You could also try running around with him in the yard to get him to use up some of that energy

we are at appartment only the hallway is free cuz there aer tiny spaces here i cant get him out.. i gave him to eat already tried giving him watter, nope.. its the sad barking and i cant stop him and we live in building so neighbours..

As Dhoom said, give him something delicious (NO CHOCOLATE or things with lots of sugar) and try to pet him gently, scratching his ears and his belly.
Try to talk gently to him and let him know that everything is ok and that his owner will come back in X days, dogs understand a lot in your tone of voice.

Play with him, he misses his owner and is probably a little bit afraid of you. Make him feel happy, then he will feel safe.

Get an old plushie and make him follow you to somewhere. Then let him fight with the plushie while you move the plushie. Prob would take you like 5 mins till he will play with it on his own idk

well i have to take care of little sweetie but he is always on the door barking searching for the guys who left him tom e for an ight and i really have to make him stop somehow but i cant go after him all the time any ideas? :(
