Account giveaways possible?

I finally got my ticket response (over 5 months later and after I began a new steam account), this account im giving away has 2 bundles or so, cs:s, half life, and several other older goodies (only like 11 games on it though). Can I give this away for points on the account im active with ^^?

If you mean a Steam account, you'd be in violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
