If you incorporated another set of values that are more commonly associated with the feminine gender in the ruling system (nurturing, cooperation, etc) then yes but it would also apply to males.

well... we are having a VERY BAD experience in brazil in so many ways that I can't even know exactly where to start. all that "peace" comes much more violence, much more corruption, much more overall insatisfaction. our president made LOTS of bad decisions with that peaceful bullshit thoughts and she still lie that we are good and have no crisis (even losing credibility thru foreign enterprises). now we have robery everywhere because population have no guns, only the robbers... and the best of all: policeman can't shoot because they are shooting in "victims of society". so, this peace and love bullshit allowed the evil works flawlessly every single day. this is only one example becaise I can't write a tl;dr of 5 years in a few lines... now, take your own conclusions.

highly doubt it, the reaseon why politics are fucked up its because one individual has to whore themselfs to companies, people, ideas, etc, then gets trapped trying to please them.

When you asked the question, did you mean what if women were in power since the beginning of civilization ... or did you mean if we just took men out of power and replaced them with women in contemporary world politics? I understood it to mean the former, but it seems like many people are reading it as the latter. :X

It's just a manipulative statement without any sense that is used by feminists as a political agenda or politicians who have nothing to propose to the voters. world is more complex then just men - women and who is better or worse.

Possibly, but I don't believe it would. As soon as women are regarded as primary sex for governing and other executive positions, it will leech to everything else and we will get where we started. Either way, It is a bad idea and a naive approach to deal in absolutes.
