[suggestion] add groups for in-group gift raffles

when making a new giveaway you select group only, then you select the group you want to share it with. You create and join groups on steam.

When you create a giveaway you can select who can enter. You click on steam group and then select what steam group you want to be able to enter and if thats your private one with the 200 people in it, then those are the only people who can enter.

Now for those people in that group to enter, they do have to be part of Steamgifts.

Choose "Invite only" and give the link to whoever you want to

Of course, just don't check 'Steam Group' but 'Invite Only'.
