My favorite anime. I still have no idea what you just linked though I will share on the Ghost in the Shell subreddit.

Seems like an add on for the web browser. I am interested in the interactive Tachikoma AI. Kinda reminds me of Clippy from older Microsoft Word.
About WarpDrive
WarpDrive (research and development for practical application of Web mediated attack countermeasure technology) is aimed at grasping the actual condition of web mediated attack and improving countermeasure technology by KDDI Research Institute Co., Ltd., Secure Brain Inc., Yokohama National University corporation National University, National University University, Kobe University, Structural Planning Research Institute, National University University, Kanazawa University, National University University Okayama University, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) .The cyber attack continues diversification and sophistication, and the damage by the web mediation type attack which infects malware just by browsing the website does not stop afterwards. Since web mediated attacks are attacked only for users who have browsed specific websites, it was difficult to grasp the actual state of accurate attacks in passive cyber attack observation networks. Therefore, WarpDrive aims to elucidate the actual situation of attacks and develop attack measures by constructing a user participation type attack observation network.
In collaboration with the Ghost In The Shell REALIZE PROJECT, WarpDrive uses the character "Tachikoma" appearing in the series "Anime" Ghost in the Shell SAC "series as a motif, and Tachikoma Security Agent (Tachikoma SA) "was developed. Tachikoma SA performs (1) observation and analysis of web mediated attacks in the user's web browser, (2) block browsing of the malicious website when an attack is detected, (3) give warning and advice to the user I will. In addition, the Tachikoma SAs distributed over the Internet will repeat (4) parallelization (information concentration, cross-sectional analysis, new function development, etc.) and respond to the latest web mediated attacks.

Office Assistant.
English version, clip Clippy.
Japanese version, dolphin Kyle.
Kyle is famous for ... "How to erase you"(お前を消す方法).
why? The Japanese version of the assistant was not excellent ....To a funny story.(ノΘ`)

Found out the Japanese office assistant has the same name as me and that Kairu is Kyle in Japanese romaji.

Microsoft 's past official event.
Dolphin uses "Kyle" as a Twitter account.
There is also the possibility that the official was wrong.

It's my favorite anime also. I was interested in the live movie before release, but after reading a few reviews I decided to skip it. I also played the shooter that was on Steam for a while, Stand Alone Complex. It was fun for a while, but definitely had some issues which were never really resolved. I was disappointed when they shut it down though.

Nexon developed the game so expectations were low from the time of announcement.

Also, Nexon?
In Japan, it is called "寝糞 (sleep poop)", in the worst case, the management structure is bad.
The rule is madness in the first place.

It had nice graphics, decent audio production, and horrible music and Call of Duty gameplay. So saddened by it.

I played it here and there, and I distinctly remember one of those issues being that some operators were significantly more powerful than the rest. Like Batou, Togusa, Borma... When you got into that game and you went with someone other than those characters like Motoko despite the cloaking and Saito? You were gonna have a bad time.

First movie was great. Second movie was fine but had some issues. I like Stand Alone Complex, both seasons. I disliked the new series that came out last year? It's like a reboot, pass. Did not like the live action movie.

It is a question of rather which one.
-The original manga was a lot closer to Shirō's other works, a lot zanier with a very sassy Motoko as protagonist. Not as batshit insane in humour as Tank Police and its downright mental heroine, but still.
-The first film was pretty much as faithful of an adaptation as LXG was to League to Extraordinary Gentlemen (as in: apart from character names and placing it in Tokyo, pretty much nothing else), but it was still a cult classic and great in its own way.
-Its follow-up went way too overboard with naval-gazing existentialist philosophy bullshit and artsy camera shots.
-The first anime series was a lot closer to the manga at least in action, even if the characters were still a bit stiff. It is my favourite part of GitS though.
-The second season tried to be more like the first film, but it really did not know how to balance the dual aspects. It was also a lot less interesting in the final conspiracy than the Laughing Man incident. It did not really have any meaningful impact, like how many of the Metal Gear events are told. (This is why I never liked Kojima's writing style, he manages to make even a global event look like as significant as two random guys casually talking about the weather on the street with their flat, monotone, uninterested dialogue.)
-The series-closing film was too hectic in plot and the script was too close to the second film for me. The shift in tone was jarring.
-I did not see the newer series, so beats me if it is good or not.

I liked it quite a bit.
By the way, it seems that Japanese research institutions are conducting operational test of "Tachikoma".
