As royalty, your obligation is to make sure that all the subjects in the local neighbourhoods are well-fed. But to add some personal challenge, you try to combine this royal obligation with your ninja training to maximise time efficiency.
Hint: Your escapades eventually result getting in the evening papers.
Edit: It is solved now. It was one of the best stealth games of all time.

I mean, yes.

That was my first guess as well, but indeed clarified a lot
(And I really had a similar experience with Fear, I expected supernatural stuff, not supernatural story, a few jumpscrares and battalions of clone soldiers. I was fine with it but I expected way more horror in the game)

It was a pity that FEAR 1 lost horror and turned into a pure action-game (with shittons of darkness in it :D ) from it's half-time, but at least it was good at being a shooter.
Second one was terrible at being a horror game, but to be honest I really, really liked the info-collecting special-forces feeling of it and the variety in environments :)

I got it in a bundle but haven't played it yet. I'll have to give it a go.

I see. I've stumbled over this game (Super Motherload) here on SG a while ago and it peaked my interest but I haven't played it yet.

I really have to get around to playing this game now that I finally managed to snag the Complete Edition for a good price.
But the Gandhi meme is so popular even people who didn't play it know it.

Interesting :) Actually the first Civ is the only one I've played a lot when I was a kid but the only bug / balancing problem I could remember was something I heard Sid Meyer mention in an inverview years later namely if you just keep building settlers at the beginning of the game and found city after city you'll have such a strong economy advantage later in the game that you're basically unbeatable.
I can't remember exactly anymore because it's been so long ago but maybe I took India out of the equation early so he had no chance to nuke me.

The way relationships worked was that each leader had a starting value of how much they hated others. Ghandi, being a piece lover had a very low value, so his default was to love everyone. If someone did something bad, this value would go up, and if someone did not do anything bad, the value would go down. The problem was that Ghandi started at such a low value that it was easy for the value to reach under 0 (there was nothing in place checking so that the value would not become less than 0), which caused an underflow, and the value ended up being the highest possible value.

Actually that was how the game was intended until somebody asked if only solvers can ask new riddles or if everybody is allowed to. Both approaches have their pros and cons as justseedy's Name the character quiz a while ago showed very well. (it was using the other approach) The downside of allowing everybody to pose new questions is that unsolved ones get buried really quick like you said. The problem with the other approach is that the game can get stuck for days if somebody poses the wrong question (unless there is a safety net like you mentioned) or when solvers don't pose a new question because they didn't read the OP properly.

Edited my comment to also mention the safety net you brought up a few seconds ago :D

Not enough forum games around here, I always love reading the descriptions when I play this one. Basically you describe a game badly and people have to guess what it is. Please respect other peoples suggestions, try not to bump them away with your own. Similar premise to the guess the game thread, I'll start with an example.
Answer would be Mario. thanks for the corrections, Mario breaks rocks with his fist! The more you know!
Ok, with that, I'll start...
EDIT: due to overwhelming response I wasn't expecting, please don't post a new reply until the previous question gets a response! Thanks for your participation! Winner gets to make next choice, if no response from the winner within the hour or the winner choose to pass then anyone can post. Again really don't want to regulate things too hard but want to make sure everyone gets a go!
