From a day to a day at the store page they show games and if it's region locked so you will just see the background of the store page
so from a day to day, a week to a week etc. the puzzle is getting close to being completed

in other words: The hell they do a lot of games with region lock

A lot of the advertised Steam sales don't show up in their region, leaving them with blank spots on the store page often.

Heavy Attack: Do a barrel roll, also killing everyone in front of him, enemy or not
Special Attack: Region locks for both teams
